Paul Costelloe AW16

With Paul Costelloe producing an uncharacteristically daring, dark collection for AW16 it was clear the infectious gothic takeover of NYFW had spread to London.

But we absolutely loved the change of direction. From leather suspenders keeping up thigh high socks, to chiffon and thick leather gloves. It was a decadent dark showcase that made us stand to attention.

The Paul Costelloe AW16 collection even endeared our love for Scotland, including multiple tartan looks in the collection. But it was the statement pieces that we really loved. Leather trench coats, and modern gothic empowerment, created strong bold looks that gave the models that wore them even more strength.
